Built by a measurement scientist, not a software vendor.

FitSelect Insight was created by Jeremy Coles, Ph.D., a psychometrician with dual expertise in school psychology and industrial-organizational assessment. The platform reflects more than a decade of applied measurement work: IRT calibration, Bayesian decision models, and regression systems that predict real competencies from validated instruments.

This is not a repackaged survey tool or a startup chasing a market. It is infrastructure built by someone who has written the scoring algorithms, validated the models, and delivered the reports, and who wanted a system rigorous enough to stake professional decisions on.

    Define the role, map competencies to the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect framework, and configure the assessment battery: Hogan, cognitive measures, and the structured interview protocol.

    Candidates receive a secure link to complete assessments on their own schedule. Session state, timing, and scoring logic run in a dedicated runtime isolated from internal tools and consultant workflows.

    Score and integrate

    Raw responses flow through calibrated scoring models. Regression equations map personality and cognitive scores to competency predictions, and Bayesian integration synthesizes Person-Job, Person-Organization, and Person-Group fit.
