FitSelect Insight was created by Jeremy Coles, Ph.D., a psychometrician with dual expertise in school psychology and industrial-organizational assessment: IRT calibration, Bayesian decision models, and regression systems developed to estimate workplace competencies from validated instruments.
It is not a repackaged survey tool. It is infrastructure built by someone who has written the scoring algorithms, validated the models, and delivered the reports.
